Returns/Refund Policy

Customer is king and our refund policy is very simple. if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or the quantity of the products delivered, he / she should notify the (India) Ltd. within 48 Hrs of the delivery of the gifts. In such an event, we may replace the items delivered subject to an approval by our Q C department. For such an exchange, the goods delivered will have to be sent to our Head Office at 7, Kamdhenu Complex, Panjrapole, Ahmedabad and once satisfied we will exchange the product. 

Since all our deliveries are done personally by staff chances of mistakes are almost nill, We double check the product before we deliver and also in most of the cases ask the recipient to open the gift and check. Since we also take picture of the recipient and send it back to the customer, chances of defective product are extremely less but to err is human and we are no exception and hence we offer exchange or refund if one of the conditions is met. 

1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition 
2. Has missing parts or accessories.
3. Is different from what was ordered.

We provide service of delivery of few perishable items and those items have to be consumed within 12 to 24 hours. Any complaint after that would not be addressed. All the details regarding consumption are given on the packages.

We dont refund if the recipient refuses to accept the gift or the sender gives wrong information like incomplete address or wrong details. as we would have already incurred all the expenses of procuring the gift and delivery effort is made. Even in such cases we do give our best try of contacting both the sender as well as recipient over the email or phone. We cannot cancel the order if the product, service is already procured from the vendor.
