Can recepient return the goods after they are delivered if they do not like them.?

Please note that we do not have a refund policy. However, if a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the products delivered, he / she should notify the within 24 Hrs of the delivery of the gifts. In such a case we normally follow “no questions asked” but we do forward the same to our quality control department and only then decide on the action. In the case of perishable items the complaint should reach us within 12-24 hours. No complaint after this time is entertained. In any case our liability remains to the maximum of the cost of product and all cases are subject to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
